TERMS

Terms & Conditions

Effective and Last Updated: 5 August 2026

These Terms govern access to SiniSlot by business account owners, staff, booking customers, and other users. Customer booking payments are transactions with the relevant SME; SiniSlot subscriptions and Pitis are separate platform purchases.

By accessing or using SiniSlot, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use SiniSlot for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Business account owners and persons making platform purchases must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. Booking customers who are minors must use the service with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

SiniSlot provides software for appointment availability, booking records, customer forms, communications, staff access, analytics, online payment workflows, receipts, and eligible E-Invoice functions. SiniSlot is not the provider of the SME’s underlying service and does not employ or control participating SMEs.

The business account owner controls business settings, staff permissions, services, prices, payment policy, Stripe connection, refunds, and E-Invoice configuration. Staff may act only within granted permissions. A booking customer contracts with the SME for the booked service.

  • Provide accurate, current information and keep business, contact, tax, service, price, and availability details updated.
  • Protect passwords, authentication sessions, devices, recovery methods, API or provider credentials, private receipts, and staff access.
  • Use separate staff accounts and appropriate permissions rather than sharing owner credentials.
  • Notify support@sinislot.shop promptly if an account, payment setting, receipt, or connected service may be compromised.
  • The account owner is responsible for activity performed through authorized account access unless applicable law requires otherwise.

SiniSlot may offer Free, Mula, Hebat, Empayar, trial, promotional, or other plans. Current prices, limits, and included features are shown on the Pricing page or at purchase and may change prospectively. Paid-plan periods are currently 30 days unless the purchase screen says otherwise.

Pitis is a closed-loop SiniSlot platform credit used for eligible subscriptions and platform usage. It is not electronic money, a bank deposit, customer booking revenue, or a transferable or withdrawable cash balance. The displayed wallet conversion is for SiniSlot platform accounting only.

Paid subscriptions are deducted from the Pitis Wallet according to the selected plan. If the wallet has insufficient Pitis, renewal may fail and features may be limited, downgraded, suspended, or expire. Users remain responsible for checking wallet balance and subscription status.

Pitis top-ups, subscriptions, and other charges paid to SiniSlot are separate from customer booking payments made to SMEs. Unless the purchase screen states otherwise or applicable law requires a remedy, completed SiniSlot platform purchases are final and unused Pitis or partially used subscription periods are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

This does not exclude statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including correction of duplicate or unauthorized charges where the facts support it. Contact support@sinislot.shop promptly with the relevant transaction reference. Chargebacks or payment disputes must not be used fraudulently.

An SME may enable online booking payments only after completing Stripe onboarding and satisfying Stripe’s requirements. Customer booking charges are processed as direct charges on the SME’s connected Stripe account. Stripe’s terms, verification, prohibited-business rules, reserves, fees, settlement timing, and privacy practices also apply.

SiniSlot may display limited Stripe readiness, capabilities, MYR balances, payout schedule, and payout records. The SME manages bank accounts, withdrawals, payout controls, disputes, and complete financial records in Stripe Dashboard. SiniSlot is not a bank and does not guarantee that Stripe will approve an account, enable a method, release funds, or complete a payout by a particular date.

Card, FPX, and GrabPay appear only when active for the connected account and transaction. Methods may be changed, restricted, or unavailable. An SME must not attempt to bypass provider rules, misrepresent its business, or use another person’s Stripe account without authority.

The SME chooses whether a booking requires no online payment, a fixed deposit, a percentage deposit, or full payment. The policy shown during booking forms part of the SME’s offer. Stripe charges must meet the applicable RM2.00 minimum; RM0 bookings bypass Stripe.

A temporary reservation may hold a slot for about 30 minutes during checkout. A paid booking is confirmed only after SiniSlot receives verified provider confirmation. A redirect, screenshot, bank notification, or pending authorization is not by itself conclusive. Failed or expired payment attempts may release the slot.

Users must not pay repeatedly for the same booking when status is delayed. SiniSlot may reconcile signed provider records, delay confirmation, reject mismatched data, or issue a protective refund when payment cannot safely be attached to a valid booking.

The SME is solely responsible for describing and delivering its services, professional qualifications, licences, safety, pricing, taxes, availability, customer communications, cancellation policy, refund policy, and compliance with consumer and industry laws. SiniSlot does not endorse or guarantee an SME or its services.

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct SME, service, date, time, and payment amount; providing accurate booking information; attending on time; and following the SME’s reasonable policies. Service complaints should be directed to the SME first.

The SME’s disclosed cancellation, no-show, rescheduling, deposit, and refund policy governs the service transaction, subject to applicable law. Paid bookings cannot be cancelled through customer self-service and require contact with the SME. The SME decides whether a commercial refund is due and is responsible for having sufficient Stripe funds and authority to issue it.

A refund is not complete merely because it was requested. Provider status is authoritative, and arrival timing depends on Stripe, the payment method, and the customer’s bank or wallet provider. The SME and customer must cooperate in good faith on evidence, payment disputes, and chargebacks. SiniSlot may preserve records, reconcile status, restrict actions, or suspend accounts to prevent duplicate refunds or fraud.

A SiniSlot lightweight receipt records booking and payment information available to the platform. It does not replace an SME’s tax invoice, legal invoice, professional record, Stripe record, bank statement, or LHDN-validated E-Invoice. Receipt links are private bearer links and must not be published or shared unnecessarily.

Eligible plans may include LHDN MyInvois tools. The SME is solely responsible for taxpayer identity, credentials, customer data, classifications, tax calculations, exemption treatment, invoice contents, timing, submission, rejection correction, cancellation, retention, and advice from a qualified tax professional. SiniSlot does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice or guarantee MyInvois acceptance.

Users authorize SiniSlot and participating SMEs to send transactional messages reasonably related to accounts, bookings, payments, refunds, receipts, security, subscriptions, and support through the dashboard, WhatsApp, email, or Web Push as configured. Delivery is not guaranteed and users must keep contact details current and check the dashboard.

The chatbot and automated summaries may use artificial intelligence and can be incomplete or inaccurate. They provide general product guidance only and are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or dispute advice. Do not submit secrets or payment credentials to chat.

  • Do not use SiniSlot for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, discriminatory, infringing, or abusive activity, or for a business prohibited by Stripe, Meta, or applicable law.
  • Do not probe security, bypass access controls or rate limits, introduce malware, scrape without permission, disrupt the service, impersonate others, create false bookings, or manipulate payments, refunds, analytics, reviews, or availability.
  • Do not upload data you have no right to process. SMEs must give required privacy notices, obtain necessary consent or authority, answer customer-rights requests, restrict staff access, and avoid collecting excessive or highly sensitive data in custom forms.
  • Do not send spam or use WhatsApp, push, or customer contact data contrary to consent, platform rules, or communications law.

SiniSlot relies on third-party services including Stripe, Meta WhatsApp, Supabase, Google Cloud, Google Gemini, Google tags, browser push infrastructure, and LHDN MyInvois where configured. Their services are governed by separate terms and may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued. SiniSlot is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, but this does not limit responsibility that applicable law places directly on SiniSlot.

SiniSlot and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, design, documentation, trademarks, and content, excluding user content. Subject to these Terms, SiniSlot grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended business or booking purpose.

Users retain rights in content they lawfully submit and grant SiniSlot the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, back up, and improve the service. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify the contributor without permission.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation. Maintenance, security incidents, internet failures, provider outages, legal requirements, and product changes may affect access. We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features and may apply reasonable usage or security limits. Where practical, material adverse changes to paid features will be communicated in advance.

Users may stop using SiniSlot at any time. Account owners may request closure through support, subject to identity verification, unpaid obligations, live bookings, payment disputes, legal retention, and technical processing time.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for a Terms breach, fraud or security risk, provider restriction, unpaid platform charge, legal request, harm to users or the service, or prolonged inactivity. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy. Terms that by nature should survive termination remain effective.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiniSlot is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant a particular business result, customer volume, revenue, regulatory outcome, payment approval, payout date, tax treatment, or suitability for a specific profession. Users must maintain appropriate business procedures, records, insurance, professional advice, and reasonable backups or exports. Nothing in these Terms excludes a guarantee, warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiniSlot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, anticipated savings, or data, arising from the service, an SME-customer dispute, or a third-party provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiniSlot’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount the claimant paid directly to SiniSlot for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This cap does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, a business account owner will indemnify SiniSlot against third-party claims, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from the business’s services, unlawful content or data processing, tax or E-Invoice obligations, misuse of customer information, infringement, or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by SiniSlot’s own breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute through written notice. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or law, the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms to reflect service, provider, security, or legal changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; if a material change requires express consent, we will request it.

Questions and formal notices may be sent through the Contact page or to support@sinislot.shop. Booking customers should contact the relevant SME first about service delivery, appointment changes, cancellation, or refunds.
