You need your units and rates before a guest can book. Most owners finish in one sitting.

Do my guests need to install an app?
No. They book from your WhatsApp link or open your booking page in a browser. There is nothing to download and no account to create.
How does SiniSlot stop double bookings?
Each unit type has a quantity. A stay is accepted only when a unit is free on every night of it, so two guests are never booked into the last room.
Who holds the money when a guest pays online?
SiniSlot collects the payment through Billplz on your behalf and pays it into your bank account once the payment is verified. You add and manage that bank account in Payments.
Can I take bookings without online payment?
Yes. Online payment is optional. When it is on, guests pay for the whole stay when they book.
Can I list more than one property?
Yes. Add each property or room type as its own unit with its own rate. Identical units can share one listing with a quantity.
Can I block dates?
Yes. Closed dates stop bookings for renovation, family use or any day you are not taking guests.
Is a booking receipt the same as an LHDN E-Invoice?
No. A booking receipt confirms the guest paid. An LHDN E-Invoice is a separate tax document submitted through MyInvois. SiniSlot provides tooling to support that submission, but your business remains the taxpayer responsible for it.
Can I try it before signing up?
Yes. The sandbox opens a temporary homestay with sample bookings so you can use the real dashboard and the WhatsApp booking journey. It is deleted when you leave, and no card is involved.
