For online sellers
Sell on WhatsApp with shipping priced for every address
SiniSlot gives a Malaysian online seller a shop link to share in WhatsApp. Customers choose products and options, enter their address, see the courier price and pay in full with FPX online banking. You drop the parcel at a courier counter, the customer follows it on a tracking page, and the payment reaches your balance once the courier confirms delivery.

What selling by chat costs you
Most small sellers take orders in WhatsApp chats and a spreadsheet. That works until a sale or the festive season.
- Customers ask “berapa postage ke Sabah?” and wait while you check the courier rate.
- You promise a size or colour that has already sold out.
- Payment screenshots have to be matched to orders by hand.
- Addresses arrive in pieces across three messages.
- Customers keep asking “dah pos ke?” because they have no tracking link.
Work out what a lost sale costs you
Put a number on the sales lost to slow replies and postage questions. Fill in your own figures.
| Average order | RM60 |
|---|---|
| Sales lost to slow replies per week | 4 |
| Lost sales per week | RM240 |
| Lost sales per month | RM960 |
| Paid before you ship | RM60 per order |
This is a worked example with sample figures.
How an order runs
One journey, from the customer’s first tap to a delivered parcel and money in your balance.
- 01
The customer taps your link
From WhatsApp, your Instagram bio or your TikTok profile. No app to install, no account to create.
- 02
They choose products
With options such as size and colour, and stock counted so sold-out items cannot be bought.
- 03
They enter their address
SiniSlot works out the courier price for that address from the packed weight you set.
- 04
They pay in full
With FPX online banking. There is no cash on delivery, so every order is paid before you ship.
- 05
You ship the order
SiniSlot books the courier and gives you the label. You drop the parcel at the courier counter.
- 06
The customer follows the parcel
On a tracking page with your shop’s name, with parcel updates on WhatsApp.
- 07
You get paid
The payment moves to your balance when the courier confirms delivery.
What it looks like
Real screens from SiniSlot, taken in the sandbox anyone can try at sinislot.shop/sandbox. The sandbox runs a sample business, so the names, prices and bookings below are sample data.

What matters when you ship
Selling products is about stock, postage and trust. These are the parts that carry a seller through a busy sale.
Stock and options
Size, colour or model, each with its own stock, so you never sell what you do not have.
Courier price for each address
Worked out from the packed weight before the customer pays, so postage is never guessed.
Drop-off couriers
Drop the parcel at a courier counter near you, such as J&T, SPX or Ninja Van.
Tracking for customers
A tracking page with your shop’s name, plus parcel updates on WhatsApp.
Paid in full upfront
Every order is paid online with FPX before you ship. There is no cash on delivery.
Days to post
Set how many days you need before posting, from 1 to 7, and customers see it before they buy.
Paid on delivery
The payment reaches your balance when the courier confirms delivery, which gives buyers the confidence to order from a shop they do not know yet.
E-Invoice tooling
Tooling to support LHDN MyInvois submission when your business needs it. An order receipt and an E-Invoice are separate things.
Setting up, realistically
You need your products and your sending address before a customer can order. Most sellers finish in one sitting.
- 01Claim your shop link, for example sinislot.shop/b/your-shop.
- 02Add products with photos, options, stock and packed weight.
- 03Set your sending address and how many days you need before posting.
- 04Turn on online payment in Payments and add your bank account.
- 05Preview the shop as a customer before sharing the link.
- 06Put the link in your WhatsApp Business profile, Instagram bio and TikTok profile.

Shipping
Paid by the customer at checkout and passed to the courier
Billplz sets its own fee and may change it. If the courier re-weighs a parcel and charges more, the difference is taken from your balance. Payments always shows the current amounts.
See every feeQuestions online sellers ask
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They order from your WhatsApp link or open your shop in a browser. There is nothing to download and no account to create.
Can customers pay cash on delivery?
No. Product orders are always paid in full online with FPX online banking before you ship.
Who holds the money when a customer pays online?
SiniSlot collects the payment through Billplz on your behalf and pays it into your bank account. For product orders, the money moves to your payout balance once the courier confirms delivery, which protects the buyer if a parcel never arrives.
How is postage worked out?
From the packed weight you set for each product and the customer’s address. The customer sees the courier price before paying.
Which couriers can I use?
Drop-off couriers in Malaysia, such as J&T, SPX and Ninja Van. You drop the parcel at the courier’s counter; there is no pickup from your home.
What if the courier charges more after weighing the parcel?
The difference is taken from your balance. Setting an accurate packed weight for each product avoids it.
Is an order receipt the same as an LHDN E-Invoice?
No. An order or booking receipt confirms the customer paid. An LHDN E-Invoice is a separate tax document submitted through MyInvois. SiniSlot provides tooling to support that submission, but your business remains the taxpayer responsible for it.
Can I try it before signing up?
Yes. The sandbox opens a temporary shop with sample orders so you can use the real dashboard. No courier is booked and no label is printed. It is deleted when you leave, and no card is involved.
