Free to use. We only earn when you get paid.
Every feature for every business: no plans, no monthly fee, nothing to top up. SiniSlot charges RM0.50 when a customer pays you online and RM0.50 when you request a payout. Billplz’s own fees are passed on at cost.

Example: a RM40.00 booking paid online adds RM38.25 to your balance. When you request a payout, RM1.75 is taken once for the whole payout.
Work out what you keep
List what you sell and how many you sell in a month. Fees come only out of payments made online.
The rest pay cash or at the counter, with no fees.
Each payout sends your whole balance to your bank.

Not included: delivery or shipping fees that customers pay, which go to the courier, and refunds, which cost RM1.25 each.
Work out what slow replies cost you
A customer who waits too long for an answer may book somewhere else. Put in your own numbers to see what that costs you.
Late means the customer has stopped waiting, for example a reply the next morning.
The starting numbers are only an example. Change them to match your shop.

78 chats get a late reply or none.
10 chats × 26 days × 30% late = 78 late chats. 78 × (40% − 10%) = 23 bookings. 23 × RM40.00 = RM920.00.

- Online booking paymentsTake full payment with FPX online banking when customers book. SiniSlot collects it through Billplz and pays it into your bank account when you ask.

Billplz sets its own fees and may change them. The Billplz amounts shown are its current fees for FPX online banking; any change is shown in Payments before it applies to you.
Courier delivery: the courier fee your customer pays covers the courier. If the final fare is different, the difference is taken from or returned to your balance. Own delivery uses your own prices.
Payouts go out when you request them and usually reach your bank within 2 to 3 hours. There is no test transfer to check a new bank account.
